Tracy Quinlan - Owner / Stylist / Aesthetician
Tracy has worked in many facets of the hair and beauty industry over the past 16 years. She trained at Est-Elle Academy here in Edmonton. After 4 years as a stylist in Edmonton (one year of that as a L'anza educator), she decided to venture off to Vancouver where she worked as a colour tech for Zero-F in downtown Vancouver. Tracy was then given the opportunity to work at Moods hair salon, a leading salon in Vancouver where she was able to participate in large scale fashion, and hair shows. Since moving back to Edmonton she has worked on photoshoots, fashion shows and hair shows. Tracy was employed by Spasation for 8 years where she worked first in spa management, and as a head colour technician, and senior stylist. She has recently finished her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, and has returned to educating for L'anza Belevance teaching product knowledge, colour technology, and styling to other hair stylists.
With a plethora of experience using and working with several skin care products, Tracy was pleasantly surprised by the effectiveness of Dermalogica, even on her own skin. Having very problem skin ignited a passion for skin care early in her career. Being an education fiend, she recently ventured off to the International Dermal Institute in Vancouver to expand her knowledge and skills in terms of skin care and treatments, taking classes in advanced skin treatments, skin analysis and effective waxing. She will return to the Institute in May to learn techniques that can emulate an appearance similar to a face lift through massage and lymphatic drainage.
Tanya Vuckovic - Stylist
Tanya has been a stylist for 5 years. She comes to us from Winnipeg where she trained at Marvel College. Marvel College Winnipeg is the leading hair styling college in the coutry. Tanya spent 3 years as a stylist working for the Regis Corporation where she was given the opportunity to participate in extensive training in advanced colour, cutting, styling and perming technologies. She also did platform artistry and hair for photoshoots. Tanya has lived in Edmonton for a year and a half. She spent her first year dazzling clients at Spasation, and we are now lucky to claim her as part of the Rescue Beauty Lounge team. Along with her expertise in all aspects of hair styling, Tanya also does facial waxing (she does fantastic eyebrows!).
